If your item(s) deemed to be faulty or manufacturing defect please email email@example.com titling “Return” in the subject line. Please ensure the you add the reason for the return. Instructions will be sent to you along with an authorisation number.
14 Day return policy, Please make sure you purchase wisely as Hidden Eyewear ONLY provide refunds if the item is faulty or has a manufacturing defect.
All items must be returned in original packaging with tags and sunglasses pouch.
All refunds will be to the credit/debit card used to purchase the item (s) returned.
We do not offer a free return slip.
Sale items are eligible for an exchange or gift card only. We regret that for hygiene reasons, a proof of purchase is required with every refund or exchange. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
All returns & exchanges must be made in the same country in which the purchase was made. Online purchases are subject to terms and conditions with non-wear / any cosmetic defects are detected.
Please note: We are unable to refund items purchased online, but are happy to return the items on your behalf to our warehouse. We are unable to accept items purchased in a concession since these are subject to the host store returns policy.
